Early 2007 I decided to move companies and found myself trawling through tons of job sites and ads searching for 'the one' - the job that would make me happy, spread my creative wings, learn from ... etc.
The normal process would be that I search through a shed load of ads, apply for a few and then hear nothing back. One reason that I was never hearing back was because the recruiters were sent a few sheds full of CVs and simply didn't have the time to go through every one of them, which are probably 90% unsuitable anyway, so my CV would simply get lost in the crowd, as it were.
So I decided to do something about it.
'currently looking for work' is a new kind of job site where both candidates and recruiters can post their relevant details.
'CLFW' focuses on both the candidate and recruiter allowing both to post their requirements saving everyone time and money, the very things that a lot of us haven't got these days.
