back end developer - london/ freelance

We are a funded start-up in London looking for an ambitious, passionate and experienced back-end developer to build our site and develop it into the next big thing. This is what we're after:
Website server-side software and database development and maintenance skills
Proven experience not just writing applications but deploying them and managing them in production
Good degree in computer science, maths etc
Knowledge of online advertising technology and payment systems a bonus
Rates negotiable + equity + chance to use your preferred technology in an exciting non-corporate environment.
Could potentially turn into a full-time position.
