I have a great opportunity for an experienced and creatively led ActionScript developer to join an agency that really is on the up. In the last year they have won 15 out of the 16 pitches and in the process have picked up some fantastic clients that look to this agency to develop a range of award winning, creative and genuinely innovative digital work. Often ActionScripters find that they are the last to be consulted creatively, this agency takes a different approach by putting their Creative Technologists at the heart of the creative process and as such you will be working closely with Designers and Creative’s. This also a great opportunity to work with and learn from some of the industries most talented flash designers and ActionScript Developers, joining a team of 6 Creative Technologists who actively share knowledge through regular meetings, their own tech focused intranet, code depositories and coding standards.

Your Experience
You’ll need:
• At least 3 years of commercial flash development (Flash 8) for blue chip clients
• Proven experience of Object Oriented Programming techniques
• Thorough knowledge of the latest ActionScript techniques and design patterns
• Experience with open source technologies such as Eclipse
• A good appreciation of usability and interaction design
