We are looking for a talented mid-weight Designer to take responsibility for working across a variety of projects. The role would suit someone who is ambitious and capable of exceeding client’s needs with minimal supervision. This position will give the successful candidate the opportunity to work on challenging briefs for blue chip clients.You will have worked a digital agency in a junior role and are now looking to take the next step. You'll need a first class portfolio that demonstrates your design skills across a range of digital communications including advertising and websites. You’ll also possess excellent Photoshop and Illustrator skills alongside a good working knowledge of Flash. Key responsibilities:

* A great eye for composition, layout and typography.
* Strong skills in the interpretation of brands, visual concepts and designs, and capable of translating others’ ideas from scamp to Photoshop.
* Supports the Art Director & Senior Designers in the creation of compelling, high quality design solutions in a timely manner.
* Visually integrates and enhances the architecture, UI and navigation outlined by the technical team.
* Excellent communication and team skills required at every project stage, including the ability to communicate visual concepts to the rest of the team.
* Able to consistently meet deadlines.
* Keeps abreast of most current graphics processing techniques and new advances in design software.

Requirements
· Degree in accredited art/design school · Minimum 18 months+ solid digital design experience · Some experience of designing for large ‘corporate’ brands· Proficiency with Macintosh or PCs · Strong working knowledge of Photoshop & Illustrator, Flash
