Freelance PHP/front-end developers - YCN London, UK

YCN is rapidly growing its technical capability and as such we're looking to develop a pool of brilliant PHP and front-end designers to draw on for future projects.
The skills we're particularly looking for include:
* PHP and MySQL development (though we'll also be interested in Rails/Django)
* Experience of MVC frameworks, particularly CodeIgniter (though Symfony/Cake experience with a willingness to explore CI would be fine)
* Seasoned data modelling skills, and information architecture experience (particularly wireframe development and general OmniGraffle)
* Subversion experience
* Good JS knowledge, particularly using jQuery
* A keen eye for design, and good working knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator
* We're also keen to hear from people with ExpressionEngine and WordPress experience
* Great CSS skills, particularly with experience using frameworks such as Blueprint
* Though Flash/Flex is not a key skill we're looking for, any experience - particularly of AS3 - will be useful.
* No Dreamweaver allowed: you'll be expected to be able to code from scratch.
In addition to these skills, we're looking for people who can fit the following criteria:
* Are based in London, and are available to work on a freelance/short contract basis. Please no remote workers.
* Can easily come and meet and work with us at our Rivington Street based studio.
* Please bear in mind that this opportunity is not for a specific project/date, so flexibility is a must.
