Freelance Web Designer - London

Seeking an excellent Web Designer to join a growing and enthusiastic, friendly team. This role involves working on a variety of projects from pitches to completed websites.
Job Role:
Producing web designs for pitch meetings and new projects. Daily design work on existing online projects. Delivering new concepts around briefs and pitches. Liaising with internal teams on content for existing web sites. Working with external web design companies on larger projects and acting as key contact and resource for these agencies.
Knowledge and Skills:
Must be educated to a degree level in design and have strong graphic and web design skills in the following:
• CSS, HTML, XHTML
• Flash
• Photoshop
• 3D Software and video production for the web would also be beneficial • Ability to work in a creative team and handle a project on your own. • Good time Management and organisational skills.
Experience:
Experience in new media and web productions for at least 3 years is essential. Must have a strong portfolio of website design and builds Familiarity with new design and technology developments and an enthusiasm for the web is a must.
Additional Information:
Only Applications from a candidate with 3 years + commercial experience will be considered. Required to show evidence of recent work in the form of and online portfolio of URL’s.
Salary Range:
• £450 - £575 per week depending on experience.
Contract Type: 6 months contract
Hours: Full-time
