My Client is a leading full service agency with an excellent array of international blue-chip clients across Automotive, Beverage and FMCG sectors.
My client is looking for a Flash developer already in a senior role to spearhead all flash related work with in the department and provide guidance and training to designers/creative's. As such you will have at least of 3 years experience in a similar agency environment. The ideal candidate will create interactive web solutions, games and build complex rich media advertising formats as well as e-mail, and brand identity projects. You will also have excellent man-management experience and will be adept a leading a small team. You will also have expert level skills in building dynamic, interactive applications with Action Script coding in Flash and including functions, arrays, prototyping, movie clips, sending and loading XML, global variables etc. Essential Skills - Flash Development and programming (Action Scripting), HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, Photoshop and Illustrator

The ideal candidate will have the following:
 Experience in object-oriented software development and scripting
 Experience in Macromedia Flash 8 and MX 2004, preferably Professional version
 Experience in other client-side technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, VB Script, Macromedia Director or similar
 Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a highly collaborative environment with Creative Designers and technical team members
 Familiar with Web design, production and graphics creation
 Creating Flash which works in tandem with back-end technologies such as PHP, JSP and ASP.
