In the role of Senior Flash Developer you will be responsible for the creation of communication pieces for our various advertising and marketing clients, produced in tight collaboration with our creative staff. You will architect, design, and execute the animations, components, frameworks, and scripts that comprise our Flash projects. You will work closely with project teams to balance technical requirements with creative needs, and ensure our content achieves success on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
* Implementing the aesthetics and animation that go into our lead creative products
* Collaborating with creative and technical team members to determine the most appropriate, robust implementation of Flash
* Developing content using your knowledge of Action script and Flash Object-Oriented concepts
* Problem-solving in all areas of Flash development
* Understanding and adhering to the technical “best practices” and guidelines for Flash content creation

Qualifications:
* 5+ years professional experience delivering Flash-based solutions
* Solid Flash animation, video, and design knowledge & expertise
* Expertise in Flash development methodologies (e.g. ActionScript OOP implementation, component development, XML communication, etc.)
* Creative toolset knowledge and expertise (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects etc.)
* Strong experience with motion graphics
* Experience with Adobe Flex, Adobe AIR and Flash Lite would be an asset
