Senior Multimedia Creative - London UK

Experience sought The candidate will have at least 5 years experience in multimedia design and be looking to move up from a designer role to a senior designer creative position. They will have a design based degree and their current role and have reached a high level of expertise in multimedia (video, flash and sound) design. Preferably they will already be working in London.
Job Role Multichannel TV is a fast expanding company based in Shoreditch. We create, deploy and promote b2b programmes for blue-chip clients. All programmes are delivered over Internet TV and VODcast/ technology (iPods) via our unique Multichannel TV interface.
The role is to work with the Account Directors to lead and deliver the creative process for programmes and accompanying branding and promotions. They will also lead and deliver (from a creative standpoint) the ongoing development of our brand including our Multichannel interface.
This will involve programme creation and planning meetings, coming back with visual ideas/storyboarding, being an active part of the filming team and leading the in-house delivery of the finished programmes.
This will involve strong knowledge and experience of the following software applications: -
* Adobe Premiere
* Adobe After Effects
* Adobe Photoshop or Fireworks
* Adobe Illustrator or Freehand
* Adobe Audition or equivalent sound editor
* Adobe Flash
Candidate profile The successful candidate will be a problem solver and be a team player which is a key element to us. They will want to work in an ever growing and dynamic team that faces new challenges every day! The ability to be able to communicate vision and ideas to a client is vital as well as the ability to justify visual direction. Some art direction experience would be a real advantage.
Desirable candidate attributes We are looking for a creative but well grounded individual who wants to be the best in their field both inside and outside work. Interests in audio visual projects outside work is highly desirable such as art, photography, video or music making. They would preferably live in London and have a good portfolio of online work that they can show us.
Salary Circa £30,000- £34,000 per annum (dependant on experience)
