We're growing and are seeking an exceptional Web Designer to join our Creative team!
::R e s p o n s i b i l i t i e s::
* Capture brand identity of client and create original designs for large web sites
* Demonstrate creative design solutions within constraints of the online environment
* Ability to handle a high volume environment with rapid turnaround times and manage multiple tasks and project details
* Ability to meet deadlines for all assigned projects
* Collaborates and directs production artists and programmers to ensure that the implementation of sites remains consistent with established visual direction
* Maintain consistency of design and brand identity on all projects
* Design or redesign websites based on information architecture concepts Provide creative input in brainstorming sessions for a variety of agency projects
* Stay current with latest web design trends and technology and implement as appropriate
* Be able to form close and productive working relationships with staff from multiple disciplines
::R e q u i r e m e n t s::
* 3-5 years minimum hands-on web design experience necessary
* Undergraduate degree required, with preference given to a major in Graphic Arts or Design
* Must posses strong communication skills
* Must posses strong design and conceptual skills and close attention to detail
* Ability to take direction, but also to think independently to solve challenges
* Solid design, typography, layout, communication and leadership skills are essential.
* Proficiency with Windows PC; Macintosh; Adobe PhotoShop, In Design, Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat, Macromedia Flash MX
* Must have proficiency with leading web design software tools including HTML, Flash and Action Scripting
