Hello is looking for XHTML/CSS experts who are passionate about writing clean, standards-compliant code and have a drive for innovation.

• Expert in hand coding HTML/XHTML, DHTML, CSS, Ajax
• Strong knowledge of web standards and CSS-driven layouts
• Experience coding hybrid sites that allows CSS to work harmoniously with SWF files
• Solid understanding of cross-browser/platform issues and code solutions
• Familiarity with JavaScript, jQuery, Prototype
• Experience with other technologies, such as PHP, Java, Flash, and MVC Design Pattern a plus
